Welcome to Gomla Store. By using gomla.sa, the Gomla Store app, or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

1. Who We Are

Gomla Store (GOMLA) is an online store operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Products are offered exclusively through our website and mobile app.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the new version.

3. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be 18 years of age or older, or use the platform with a parent or guardian’s consent.
  • Registration requires creating a profile. Mobile number is required. Name, email, postal address, date of birth, interests, and gender are optional.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • The account is for lawful personal or business use within the laws of the Kingdom. Sharing an account or using it in a misleading way is not allowed.
  • You may request permanent account deletion from account settings in the app or on the website. Deletion covers account-related data in line with our account-deletion policy.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Orders may be placed only through gomla.sa or the Gomla Store app.
  • An order is completed only if the product is available and payment is successful.
  • Displayed prices include VAT unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.
  • We accept payment via mada, Visa, Apple Pay, and Tamara (buy now, pay later). Payments are processed through secure channels.
  • If a clear error appears in a price or product description, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid through the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Coverage areas, delivery times, shipping fees, and free-shipping rules are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Please enter a correct address and mobile number. If delivery fails after several attempts, the shipment may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange according to the conditions and time limits in the Returns & Exchange Policy. We recommend inspecting the parcel on delivery and reporting any visible damage or shortage within 24 hours, with photos of the condition.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data to fulfill orders and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, images, designs, and trademarks on the platform belong to Gomla Store or its licensors. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or unlawfully scrape the website or app.
  • Use the store for any purpose that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to present products accurately and to fulfill orders within the usual timeframes. Images or descriptions may differ slightly from the actual product, and delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, regulatory procedures, or seasonal congestion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
